Our system will greet your caller, give them the option to hear pre-recorded information about your property, address, driving directions, and more, and guide them to leave a message for you to return their call.

Voice Mail to E-Mail Unifies Your Messaging for Tracking and Control

You can receive an e-mail with an audio file attached that contains the caller’s actual message. You can process your messages from your computer, returning calls and easily making notes.

You can also pick up calls directly from your voice mail box. Your messages are accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Pick up your messages from any touchtone telephone, land line or cellular.  You always know when calls came in because the date and time of each call is recorded with each message.

Cardinal's technology makes it easier to manage your messages too.  You can fast-forward, rewind or skip ahead while listening to messages. You can replay, save, or delete, either at the end of each message or when you are finished listening to all your messages.

Cell Phone / Pager Notification Instantly Informs You Whenever a Message is Left

Our system can call your cell letting you know that you have a new message. If you would rather just receive a text message, we can do that too.

Pager notification works just as easily. If you have a numeric pager, your mailbox number appears on your pager's display screen.

Find-Me Follow-Me Routes Calls to You - You Decide to Take or VoiceMail It

If you want the option to speak with the caller at the time they call, our "Find-Me Follow-Me" service will call you at up to 3 predefined telephone numbers. The system announces the call to you, giving you the option of taking it “on the fly” or sending it to voicemail.

Emergency Mailbox Makes it Easier for the On-Call Person to Follow Up

In the event of a maintenance emergency, tenants can reach your staff 24/7/365. Our system will outdial to your on-call person and inform them that they have a call. The staff member can press 1 to speak with the tenant live.

If the on-call person is not available to accept the call, the tenant will be asked to leave a message. The staff person will then be notified immediately using the method you choose -- by phone call, text message, page, or email.

Never a Busy Signal

The system accepts multiple messages at the same time, eliminating busy signals.

Secure and Passcode Protected

Cardinal Communications manages all aspects of your voicemail service from a secure facility. Additionally, you set your own private passcodes. The passcodes means your messages stay secure and private because no one else will have access to your voicemail box without your authorization. You can change the passcodes as often as you like from any touchtone telephone.
